Andiamo queries public datasets (SNCF Open Data for TGV Max trains and fare ranges, GTFS from transport.data.gouv.fr for long-distance buses and urban networks, the French national address base for places, Google Flights for flights), recombines them, and returns ranked journeys. It works from the site or plugged in as an MCP server inside an assistant.

No transport contract binds you to Andiamo. Booking, payment, ticket issuance, exchange, refund, delay, cancellation and any complaint fall to the retailer and the operator, under their own terms. Andiamo cannot see your booking and cannot change it.

Andiamo is affiliated with no operator. The case of paid links is set out on the partner links page, and any commission never influences the ranking of journeys.

Timetables, availability and prices come from public sources that Andiamo does not control. They are sometimes incomplete, behind reality, or simply wrong. Price ranges are aggregated by route: this is not the fare of the train you are looking at.

In particular, a TGV Max seat seen at one moment may be gone a few seconds later: the dataset is not a booking system, and nothing is held in your name. Always check with the seller before you commit, and keep a margin on your connections.

Andiamo is provided as is, with no guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. It cannot be held liable for a missed journey, a dearer ticket, an appointment not kept or a decision taken on the strength of a result.

The service is free and maintained on a reasonable-effort basis. It may be interrupted, slowed, changed or stopped, without notice: maintenance, an upstream source going down, a third-party API quota, or simply the end of the project. No service level is promised, and no data is guaranteed against loss.

Some tools are limited per account, such as flight search capped at 15 calls per 24-hour window, because the underlying API is paid.

What is expected of you:

• use on the scale of a traveller, or of an assistant serving one: no massive automated scraping of the service to rebuild a dataset, no disproportionate load meant to overwhelm it;
• respect for the terms of the upstream sources, including the open data licences (ODbL in particular) to which Andiamo is itself subject;
• keeping your personal MCP URL confidential: it grants access to your account, it is treated like a password and revoked from the dashboard;
• nothing illegal, and no attempt to get around the quotas or to reach data that is not yours.

Abusive use may lead to access being limited or shut off, without notice. The public data stays available at its source: if you need volume, go and get it there.

The account is free and optional: it opens the personal MCP URL, the watches and the travel profile. You can request its deletion at any time. What is kept, where, and how to erase it is described on the privacy page.

They can change if the service changes. The version that applies is the one published on this page, and its history is public in the repository. A disagreement with a new version is settled by ceasing to use the service, and by requesting account deletion.

These terms are governed by French law. For any question, bug report or complaint, the public channel is the repository issue tracker. Tickets there are visible to everyone: do not write any personal data in them.
