Partner links
Andiamo works out journeys from public data, then sends you to the retailer that sells the ticket. Here is exactly what that involves, and what it does or does not earn Andiamo.
Current status
No partner programme is active today. Every booking link in Andiamo is a direct public link, and no commission is collected.
The plumbing exists and sits idle: the day a programme is signed, the label will appear automatically under the links concerned, and this page will name the retailer.
Andiamo is not the seller
Andiamo sells no tickets, takes no payment and issues no travel document. The sale contract binds you to the retailer (SNCF Connect, FlixBus, BlaBlaCar Bus, the regional operator and so on), never to Andiamo.
The price is never marked up
A partner link does not change the price you pay. The fare is the one the retailer displays at the moment you book. Any commission is paid by the retailer out of its own margin.
The terms are the partner's
Exchange, refund, cancellation, delay, complaint: all of it falls under the terms and conditions of the retailer and the operator. Andiamo cannot see your booking and cannot change it.
Ranking never depends on commission
Journeys are ranked on feasibility, timing, duration, number of connections, reliability and price. A paying offer never moves ahead of a better one. A good share of the journeys we return (TER, regional networks, urban networks) is attached to no programme at all, and they are shown exactly like the rest.
What is passed to the retailer
An opaque identifier shaped like and_7Jf92kLm, which says nothing more than which surface and which slot you clicked from. Never your name, your email, your phone number, your address, your travel history, the content of a conversation with an assistant, nor any bank details.
What is recorded on the Andiamo side
The outbound click is recorded on the Andiamo server: retailer, surface, slot, date, and a fingerprint of the destination URL. No advertising tracker is dropped in your browser, no partner pixel is loaded. After the redirect, the retailer applies its own cookie policy, which Andiamo does not control.
Why this model
Affiliate revenue funds the journey engine and the seat watches, which stay free. It does not replace the value of the product: if Andiamo starts recommending bad journeys to earn more, it has no reason to exist. How it works technically is covered in the documentation.
